Alley Twenty Six Gin & Tonic

Our tonic syrup has a hint of lemongrass that gives this G&T a touch of brightness.

1 1/2 oz gin or liquor of choice

3/4 oz Alley Twenty Six Tonic Syrup

1/4 oz lime juice

2 oz soda water

shake and strain

serve in a double old fashioned with soda water

garnish with lime wheel
